New Breasts After Baby

Although I lost 75 pounds after having a baby, I still struggled with my self-image. I had been insecure about my breasts since I was about 14 years old, and the changes in my body after pregnancy affected my self-confidence even more. I was referred to Dr. Castillo by several people and decided to schedule a consultation. Dr. Castillo has a great staff.

I had a lot of anxiety about having surgery. It was immediately alleviated by Dr. Castillo's warmth and knowledge. I became concerned three days after surgery because breasts were high. During my consultation, Dr. Castillo had told me that I didn't have a lot of my own breast tissue and my breasts would sit high for a few weeks until they settled. Seeing them high caused some anxiety so I called Dr. Castillo. He came into the office on a SATURDAY to ease my anxiety and re-assured me that everything I was seeing was normal. I know the office is closed on Saturdays so I thought he went above and beyond what I expected. He was right. They settled just like he said they would and I look great.

Breast augmentation was the best decision I could have ever made. It gave me everything I needed to boost my confidence. I am not self-conscious in a swimsuit anymore and can wear clothes that I couldn't before. Dr. Castillo and the staff were so kind and helpful. I would definitely do it again.

Pain Relief With Breast Surgery

Having breasts that were large and heavy limited my mobility and caused me to develop back and shoulder pain. After 4 or 5 years of thinking about a breast reduction and possibly small breast implants, I finally decided to get serious and scheduled several consultations with various plastic surgeons.

When I found Dr. Castillo, I was impressed by his results and appreciated his honesty about surgery. One of the deciding factors in choosing Dr. Castillo was that he was much more informative that the other Doctors I spoke to. Instead of giving me a booklet to read, he was very open, honest and forthcoming about Breast Reduction / Breast lift surgery. He took the time to tell me what to expect, when to expect it and how I would feel during my recovery. He showed me multiple before and after pictures of his work. All of this was vital to my experience.

I trusted Dr. Castillo and decided to have a breast reduction with a simultaneous breast lift, followed by breast augmentation 4 months later.

I am grateful that we are now in an age where cosmetic surgery is for the everyday person, not just for celebrities. I had to save for it but it was affordable. Most importantly, I got my mobility back! I can do so many things now that I couldn't do before, like playing with my granddaughter, jumping around in the backyard. Dr. Castillo is very good at what he does. I am so happy with my results, and I would not change a thing.
